L'amour d'une femme

Marie Prieur, a young doctor, takes up a post on Ouessant Island. Quickly adopted by the inhabitants, she becomes friends with the school teacher. When she falls in love with a young engineer, André Lorenzi, he quickly makes it clear that she must choose between marriage and her profession.
