Bateau amphibie/No Kill/Fret
The Tringaboat, the first boat approved for use on ordinary roads. The practice of catch and release, where the fish is returned to the water after capture, is becoming increasingly popular. Old sailing vessels rejoin the merchant fleet and are being used to transport foodstuffs, a revival centred on Douarnenez.

The Trébeurden Diving Centre trains deep-sea divers, the future graduates will be employed to carry out public works underwater. The island of Cézon was completely abandoned when the Le Nestour family bought it at auction at the end of the 1950s. Today it attracts artists, restoration workshops, tourists and historians.
