The 2024 final brings together the nine best candidates, from 120,000 secondary and high school students. Before the judges, the finalists have to read a set text, seen for the first time on the eve of the final, judged on four main criteria: expression, rhythm, tone, ability to transmit emotion.
The judges: Rachida Brakni, actress; Cécile Coulon, novelist and poet; Yann Queffélec, novelist, Prix Goncourt winner; Marc Lavoine, singer and actor.
The coaches: Anne Loiret, actress, president of the board of the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique; Souleymane Diamanka, slammer and poet; Thibault de Montalembert, actor and theatre stage director.
