Lying astride the departments of Calvados, Orne and Eure, the Pays Augeron immerses us in the Normandy bocage. We meet Gérard, a winemaker defending his grand cru, and Hervé, at the head of the Ouezy farm and orchards. Finally, we explore the remarkable geological and botanical heritage of the Calvados.

We head for north-eastern France to meet Véronique, using permaculture methods to grow cut-flowers and vegetables.
