We meet Bernard, running a vineyard that's undergoing a veritable revival; and Emmanuelle and Hervé, on their self-sufficient farm. Plus a focus on hemp and marsh plants.

In the south-west of the department of Loire-Atlantique, between Millac salt marshes and traditional fishermen's huts, welcome to the Pays de Retz Atlantique.
