Ôde Marine
After several years in Japan, the chef Christophe Beucher joined forces with Alban Bourret to open Ôde Marine, in Bourg-de-Péage, Drôme. Fascinated by the Land of the Rising Sun he wanted a restaurant specialising in fish, crustaceans, shellfish. Depending on availability, whole fish are cut up in the dining room.
