Stage 11: Évaux-les-Bains/Le Lioran (211 km, mountain)
Only one stage will be held in the Massif Central, but what a stage! With a total climb of 4,350 metres, the riders will have no chance for a breather. And the climb will become progressively harder in the final fifty kilometres with a series of passes that bring every possible danger: Col de Néronne, Puy Mary, Pas de Peyrol, Col de Pertus, Col de Font de Cère and the final Le Lioran climb. Departure from the small municipality of Évaux-les-Bains, stage town for the first time, and arrival in Le Lioran, a mountain resort in the Cantal, sponsored by the skier Carole Montillet, stage site for the third time.
